Art Festival 3.0 - Dürnstein Abbey 2023
 

Programm / program:                         
Freitag: Aufbau ab 8:00, Der Festival beginnt um 14:00 bis 19:00. 
Friday:  Set-up from 8:00, the festival beginns at 2:00pm till 7:00pm.                 
Samstag: 10:00 bis 17:00 
Saturday:  10:00 till 17:00
Sonntag: 10:00 bis 17:00: Abbau beginnt nach 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 to 17:00: Dismantling starts after 17:00

Auswahl der Aussteller:
Nachdem wir Ihre Anmeldung bekommen haben, werden wir uns mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um weitere Details wie Standgebühr, Anreise bzw. Erwartungen beider Seiten persönlich zu besprechen.

Selection of exhibitors:
After we receive your application, we will contact you to discuss further details such as booth fee, travel or expectations of both sides personally.

Parkplatz:

 

1. Alle Aussteller bekommen einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz auf dem P1 Parkplatz (entlang der Donau) zugewiesen.

2. Das Übernachten mit Campern ist auf dem P1 Parkplatz untersagt.

3. Das Parken auf dem Trepplweg ist untersagt.

4. Es gibt einen Camper Parkplatz, der vom Aussteller selbst reserviert werden muss.  

                           

Parking lot:

 

1.  All exhibitors will be assigned a paid parking space in the P1 parking lot (along the danube).

2. Overnight parking with campers is prohibited in the P1 parking lot.

3. Parking on the stairway is prohibited.

4. There is a camping parking lot, which the exhibitor must reserve. 

   
Bewachung:
Der Stifts-Innenhof bzw. Innenräume werden Nachts versperrt und sind nicht zugänglich, ein zusätzlicher Sicherheitsdienst ist nicht vorhanden.

Security:
The abbey's courtyard & exhibition (interior) rooms are locked at night and are not accessible, there is no additional security service.
